About Adam

Who is Adam Cufr? I am a husband to Carie and a father to five daughters. I have a passion for studying business, spend as much time as possible playing the drums, run almost daily, and constantly attempt and test ways to make the world a better place. In fact, I have been accused of engaging in a “relentless pursuit of the truth." For the last 18 years, I have performed with The Ohio Air National Guard Band of the Great Lakes. Drumming has taken me to six countries, national television, and to events attended by Miss America and The President of The United States.
Much of business has become the corporatization of all things, great and small. Since beginning my career in a Fortune 500 Company, I have spent years in various financial services businesses. Each experience brings with it great opportunities and glorious frustrations. From each role, I glean as much as possible with regard to how the business impacts the people with which it engages and employs. As a result, I approach my financial business with transparency and dignity. I am one click away from guiding you through the process of assessing your financial protection needs over the phone or over lunch. I believe it’s the best of both worlds.
Because the world has become so complex, the choices you have available to you in insurance and investments are vast. Truth be told, I believe our choices are too vast. As a result, I made a very unique business decision. I deliberately and purposefully reduced the number of services that I will directly offer to clients. The strategy is to focus more deeply in a few areas while working closely with other advisors who remain very focused in their areas of expertise. I refer the actual implementation of investment plans to other advisors who demonstrate great skill in doing so. When crafting an estate plan, I engage an estate planning attorney from the outset. Questions about business liability and property insurance result in the introduction to a trusted insurance expert. The result is a comprehensive strategy with fewer conflicts of interest. In such a complex world, clarity is of great value. I look forward to helping you find yours.
Regards,
